What do you mean when
you say "GREEN" ?
"Green"  as applied to building design and materials describes a
product and process that has a minimal life-cycle environmental
impact; from resource extraction, manufacturing, indoor air quality,
and ultimate disposal. While products rarely meet  every standard,
we endeavor to use every product in an environmentally conscious
manner.

"Sustainble"  relative to design and building defines a process that
promotes a healthy quality of life and environment for future
generations.

The real goal is not neccesarily to fill a laundry list of green and
sustainable  products, although that helps, but rather to have the
client, architect, and builder make conscious and conscientious
choices about the building design, process, and products.

Green Design:
The "Greening" of any design and or building project involves an
ever increasing array of environmentally  friendly materials and
building strategies. Green choices from site work to bathroom tile
and everything in between are becoming available in price ranges
from economy to high end. The scope of your project often
determines the choice of materials and how the building process is
implemented, but not how to make the process friendlier to the
environment.

Through our experience, over 20 years, in the field of green design
and sustainable building practices we are able to find project
appropriate solutions. Sorting through products and building
technology that are "greenwash" and those that are truly
sustainable can be daunting. We are here to facilitate common
sense solutions for your project that match your stated needs and
meet your green expectations.
